每個質押的 $Oil 將每秒賺取 0.000003170979198376 veOIL，質押 $Oil 一年最多可賺取 100 倍的 veOIL。 此外，協議還將隨機設置時間不等的獎勵期，用戶可以賺取更多的 veOIL。

### 🗳️ 共同決定石油動態產能分配

每塊油田的收益由 20% 的基本產能和 80% 的動態產能組成。

例如，在每秒產出的 512 $Oil 中，102 $Oil 是基本產能，剩餘的 410 $Oil 是動態產能。 不同地區油田之間的產能分配也存在顯著差異。

對於基本產能，歐洲、北美和中東的分配比例分別設置為 1:2:4。 對於動態產能，初始分配是基於預售結束時不同地區油田的儲量。

例如，歐洲、北美、中東地區油田預售總儲量分別為50,000、70,000、80,000，則三個區域的動態產能收益分配為5:7:8。 

通過質押您的 $Oil 以換取 veOil，您將擁有投票權，可以決定不同地區油田之間的動態產能分配。分配比例將根據每個地區獲得的票數計算，每個成員在決策過程中都有平等的發言權。

投票結果將每週統計一次（按秒計算），以確保收益分配與最新的市場狀況保持同步。
